Once you have purchased your memorial card and completed checkout, please click on the memorial card order form link below to fill out the details for your memorial card, please have your invoice number from your payment and your chosen card number available, as you will need this for your form.

This is a 6x4 photo memorial card, these memorial cards are professionally printed on quality photo paper in a matte or gloss finish. All invitations and cards come with quality envelopes, each memorial card has a magnet strip on the back so your family and friends can attach your invitation or card to their fridge. To purchase this memorial card, please add it to cart and in your cart put the quantity you would like, the prices above are per memorial card, the minimum quantity is 25.

We can make colour changes, font changes and more on most cards if you have a particular style in mind or if you would like an invitation made up from scratch, just let us know when you make the purchase.

Once you have purchased and paid for your memorial card please fill out our order form, you will find a link above and or below that says memorial card order form. You can then forward your photo's for your memorial card to invitations@candyappledesignz.com you will receive an email from us within 1 business day to let you know that we have received your photo's for your card. Before sending your photo's please view our photo requirements page.

What is a Print Your Own Announcement? A print your own card is a memorial card made up the same way as all of our memorial cards, however instead of Candyapple Designz printing your memorial cards, you will receive your final (proof approved) memorial card via email as a high quality jpeg image. You then copy it to disk or a USB and take it to your local photo store and have as many 6x4 photo invitations printed as you need, envelopes and magnet strips are not included in the print your own purchase as it is sent to the customer via email. There is no postage charged on this item.
