for it to be sent to you, but you will receive your candle artwork proof within 4-5 business days from when we receive your order, payment,
candle details and candle images.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: When you are wanting to purchase items, there are shopping carts that you can add your selection of items to, then when you
have finished shopping and are ready to pay, simply go to the checkout page. You will then be taken to a secure PayPal page where you
will be able to pay using your bank account or credit cards.
Q: Can I pay through Direct Deposit?
A: Yes, you can pay through direct deposit if you are an Australian customer, all customers residing outside Australia will need to
pay through PayPal, please contact us if you would like to arrange for this method of payment. Work on invitations will not begin until
payment has shown in Candyapple Designz bank account.
Q: What type of paper are the cards printed on?
A: All invitations are professionally printed, 4x6 photo invitations are printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archival paper in either a matte,
some are then attached to white linen cardstock or metalic cardstock (depending on the invitation). Our Cardstock invitations, cards and
announcements are professionally printed on quality 350gsm satin deluxe cardstock, please refer to the details on each invitation page,
this will tell you whether the invitation you are viewing is printed on photo paper or cardstock.
Q: Can I change the background or font colours that are on the invitation samples?
A: Yes, for most cards, we design our cards with chosen colours at the time, however many cards in our range have the ability to
be re-created using different colours. Some invitations have set patterned paper as backdrops and are made in set colours which would
not be able to be changed, as is with some specially made fonts. At your request and with most cards we can change colours on your
card. Please check the details for each card that you are interested in when before deciding on your card of choice or contact us if you're
unsure.
Q: Will my invitation look exactly the same as it does on my computer?
A: Colours can vary when printed and may look slightly different on your computer screen to the printed version, this can depend on
your computer monitor settings, monitor brand or depending on the material it is being printed on.
Q: Are you able to do editing to my pictures?
A: Yes, there is no extra charge for the following editing. We can crop, reduce red-eye, and make colour photos black & white
or sepia. If there is something specific you would like done to the picture, please just include that in your email. The better the quality of
the picture to begin with the better the outcome once printed. Please Note: We cannot repair grainy or blurry photos, so please send
good quality photo's as it will make the difference in how great your card looks. Please also refer to our photo requirements page.
Q: Will I get to proof my invitation, card or announcement before it is printed?
A: Yes, we will always email you your proof within 3 business days from receiving everything we need from you to put your invitation
together, this will be sent to you for your approval. Once you have checked everything is correct and approved your invitation or card this
is confirming to us that you have approved your invitation and are giving us permission to go ahead and print your invitation. This is why
it is very important for you to check over your card very carefully including all details at this stage.
Q: Are you able to handcolour my photo?
A: Yes, if you send us a colour photo, we can colour tint it for you.
Q: Do envelopes come with my order?
A: Yes, envelopes are included in all invitation purchases for all sizes of invitations, more specific information is available on
each individual invitation page.
Q: When should I order my Christmas cards?
A: With ordering your Christmas cards, we suggest for Australian customers you order them before December 8th and
International customers before December 5th as postage can take longer and it is one of our busiest times of the year.
Q: What Countries do you ship your invitations and cards to?
A: We ship to Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, and the UK.
Q: What Countries do you ship your wedding, gift and candle range to?
A: We ship to Australia only, due to high postage costs for these products we cannot ship outside of Australia.
Q: What resolution should my photos be and how should my photo's be sent?
A: All photos should be at least 1800x1200 pixels higher is even better, all scanned photos should be a minimum of
300dpi (dots per inch) although 600dpi or higher is better, simply go into your programs and select your printer program and make
sure the settings for scanning are correct. Also please only send us jpeg photo's we don't accept other formats. Please don't send
small photo's, grainy photo's or blurry photo's, we are not able to do anything with these, we want your card to be spectacular and these
types of photo's will not work well on your card, if these types of photo's are sent it will delay your invitations as we will request different
photo's with a better quality to be sent to us. Please don't crop any of your photo's you are sending us as it makes it harder to work with
the photo sometimes when creating your invitation, if they need cropping we are more than happy to do that. Please also view our photo
requirements page for more advise on your photo's. Older photo's are fine as long as they are scanned in at a high dpi, we will let you
know if there are any problems with using this type of photo.
Q: How many changes can I make to my invitation, card or announcement?
A: You can make changes up to 3 proofs, but within each of those 3 proofs you can make as many changes as you need, after you
have received your 3 proof changes any further changes will incur a fee of $5 per set of changes and will need to be paid before any
further changes will be made. Any errors made by Candyapple Designz are not counted in these changes, they will always be done free.
